We kindly ask you to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to avoid penalising the next guest. In the event of a delay and depending on the need, our staff may decide to shorten or cancel the duration of the massage or treatment without refund. Cancellation of an appointment must be made at least 24 hours before the treatment. Otherwise the full amount will be charged.
