Why good taste?

In a country where food and wine reach a cult status, our goal at “Le Bistrot” is to create a mix of tradition and innovation by using only seasonal products and high quality ingredients.

We follow the “healthy” philosophy of cooking. Our gastronomical creations are all prepared using quick-cooking techniques which help the food retain its natural flavor and vitamin content. We also allow the food to speak for itself and add very few condiments which might mask any of its natural flavors.

Our job is to create gastronomical delights that will leave our gourmet guests with fond memories, sensations and a desire to continue to discover and enjoy food.
